CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 12(JUD) am "An Act relating to the                                            
crime of harassment committed by use of electronic communication"                                   
was read the second time.                                                                           
                                                                                                    
Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
